Need help right away Can't Post
 Use the following information to identify the person.

I am trying to find out origin and or source (geographically) who or from where this IP is and key. I am a reallll lay person and this is really important. Our credit card was accessed and our minor child's name was used to set up accounts. Can anyone help me?? Thanks.

If you just want to find out where to complain, you can use SpamCop's Host Tracker option at http://spamcop.net/hosttracker.shtml .

In this case, you want to complain to abuse@uu.net, where they'll no doubt promptly ignore your complaint.
