I am very confused! You first tell us that you are "reading data into array and printing the same data into a csv file." You then show us a fragment of a perl script which reads and parses a csv file. That fragment then joins an array of references (an operation which makes little if any sense).

Next, you show us "Output after reading". This output appears to be the output of Data::Dumper on several variables. Clearly this output did not come from the code you showed us. I do not see any connection at all.

Next you tell us what happened when you execute the script. How did you get the dump output without executing?

The output that you show is a list of array references. You probably want to print the arrays. You must dereference the references. We cannot offer any more help without seeing the code.

Let's postpone your questions about html and email until you understand the input, parsing , and storage of csv data.
