Getting raw HTTP request Can't Post

Hello everyone,
im quite new to perl and im experimenting with Apache + C#

When user goes to my website, it automatically redirects him to index.pl.

I want to do this thing:
- get full http request by using perl
- send this raw request by pipes to Server.exe (it is actually compiled for ubuntu :D)
- again by using pipes, get response from Server.exe (it generates webpage)
- send this text response back to user (by using print)

Please help me with that

thanks to all
