YouTube Playlist Feature?
|
Can't Post

Hi all, thanks for this forum, and for the easy fast signup. Appreciated. I'm a mid level perl coder, and I'm creating a nature video player. I'm working on the playlist feature now. I'm wondering if anyone knows a way to detect when a YouTube video installed on my site is done playing, so the next video can be loaded. I can code all aspects of the playlist system except a feature that automatically plays the next video. I can easily do a work around just by adding a "Play Next Video" button, but I'm hoping to create a TV like experience, where one can load dozens of vids, and then sit back on the couch, hands free, and watch them automatically play in sequence. I realize this probably isn't a common or easy request, a bit of a long shot. But if you happen to know a solution here, or have a pointer in the right direction, I'd appreciate your advice. Many thanks! Phil
