getting a value from an option drop down list Can't Post

Friends,

I'm back with another question. I'm looking for an example on how to find out the value given to a pick list.

I'm using CGI trying to use:

"my $TxtOrg=$q->param('TxtOrg');" trying to get the value from the option field

<div style = "text-align:left;font-size=20px;">
<fieldset>Organization: <Select id = "HP Division" name = "Select Division" align="center">
<option value = "0">Other</option>
<option value = "1">GSD AMS</option>
<option value = "2">GSD APJ</option>
<option value = "3">GSD EMEA</option>
<option value = "4">GSD Customer Solution Center</option>
<option value = "5">GSD Supply Chain</option>
<option value = "6">Delivery Readiness</option>
<option value = "7">Business Process, Customer Experience and Quality</option>
<option value = "8">Business Operations</option>
<option value = "9">GSD Engineering Resolution</option>
<option value = "10">GSD Escalation Management</option>
<option value = "11">Finance, Human Resources, L and D, Others</option>
</fieldset>
</dev>

I'm sure that I am using the wrong method, can someone lead me to a good example?

Thanks

Rick
