Install perl modules to a specify folder. Can't Post

I install a perl module to a folder such as "lib". And i can use it in *.pl file

Code
use 'lib';

But when i copy this folder (contains perl module) to another computer it occurs error

Can't locate loadable ....

Note: I'm using perlbrew 5.21.0

Hm, I don't quite get it. Normal use of the lib module is:

use lib LIST;


where LIST is a list of paths.
