Download/Upload script that... Can't Post

I am doing a web project and the main component (concept) requires an environment for File sharing.
Since I was unable to find an all in one solution, I am merging various scripts to perform what is needed.

My first trial is using a File sharing script that allows for uploads into categories and creates an html directory of these files with some basic data with file such as description, uploader and upload date. The links are directly to the file for downloading.
I am also using a Rating script that will be implemeted into the mix.

I am using a Download manager script for tracking purposes (Schlabo's DL). This script tracks #Dloads and other basic data and can be used to display the data using SSI's into the file sharing directory. It also opens a new page and then a 5 sec. delay before Dload auto starts. The page that is viewed while Dload can be customized.

Finally MY Question.........

I would like a NEW PAGE to be created for every file that is uploaded (or dloaded) and when a user decides to dload a file, the Schlabo script will execute (which it already does) but the page that opens will be one directly associated with the file. This way, more info on the file and other relevent data can be displayed while the file is downloading or streaming (if media file).

Does anyone know if there is a Download manager script that can do this or even a file sharing script that will do this or...... how can I tweak any of the scripts mentioned above to perform this task.

I appreciate any guidance for it would save me much time in trial and error attempts.

Thanks anyone-
