Script Error (Unlock Bios Features) Can't Post

Hi,

Im trying to use the below script to create a log file containing informations about some hidden features (to be enabled) of my HP DM4-1060sf computer Bios (InsydeH20 Rev 3.5 - F.27).
However, i get an error message (IFR_Package_Sig not found !) when i launch the script (see linked image).

Is there something im doing wrong ? or is it something missing in the script itself ?
Any hope to get it working ?
I am enclosing the file im using the script against, so my experience could be replicated.

I know strictly nothing about scripting and will appreciate any input.

In advance thanks for your input.

Re: [eKana] Script Error (Unlock Bios Features) [In reply to] Can't Post

My company is blocking the domains used in your links so I can't look at your data file.

That is very poorly written code which I'm not willing to troubleshoot it, especially for free. Someone else here might do it for you for free, but it's doubtful.

Since you don't know anything about scripting, my suggestion is to hire a perl programmer to do that troubleshooting.

Hi FishMonger,

Thanks for the prompt reply.

Sorry about the single link, i am now adding a multi-download link.

im willing to pay but i have no idea what the cost for such a task will be, but i fear that it may well be beyond the value of the whole laptop im trying to fix (hehe).

Maybe "compensation" is a more suitable term for me to use.

Thanks for your genuine insight regarding the matter.
