Perl module installation issue on windows

Perl module installation issue on windows Can't Post

 need help to install perl stick module on windows, I even tried Cpan but I get the same error due to strict module, can anyone help me?

I am using perl 5, version 20, subversion 2 (v5.20.2) built for MSWin32-x64-multi-thread.

Error: BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at C:\Perl64\bin/ppm.bat line 16. nstalling Text::Patch an't locate in @INC (you may need to install the strict module)

Do you get the same error when running other scripts which use the strict pragma?

The pragma/module is a core module included in all perl installations. If you get that error in scripts that use that pragma, then it shows that your perl installation is broken and should be reinstalled.
