Create a file and attach it to an email. Can't Post

A formhandler script I cobbled together takes data from a form and turns it into a TXT file that will later be turned into a database on my PC.. The script also emails the form data to several addresses. I would like the script to attach the TXT files to the same email and save me the effort of FTPing the files from the server. Is this possible?

Assuming the file is already created and is accessible on your server, you can use MIME::Lite -- a comparatively easy way to attach files to emails (opposed to writing your own code to attach files).

Jasmine.. The URL you gave me doesn't work. Is there a typo? Here it is copied and pasted. http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/CPAN/data/MIME-Lite/

I tried http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca

It doesn't work for me either.

Strange -- it just worked for me. Try doing a search for Mime::Lite at http://search.cpan.org
