I currently have two perl programs. The first program (Program A) can take several .XML files including .Nessus and parse the information spitting it out into a final report. The graphs page of the report appears to be off on it's calculations but the Vulnerability tab appears to be right. The second program (Program B) Parses only .Nessus files and spits out an even better report that does exactly what I want.
I have two Perl Programs But I need help modifying
The problem I have is Program A isn't as nice as Program B and the calculations are wrong and doesn't provide as much information.
Program B is great but it seems to only work on .Nessus files that are smaller than 1GB.
Program A can take a directory full of .Nessus files and it doesn't matter the size of them but still ingest and calculate all the information.
I would either like to make Program A as nice as Program B and give me all the information that Program B reveals. OR make it so Program B can ingest the .Nessus files like Program A no matter how many and no matter the size.
I'm not sure which is easier, I would assume making program B take in files like program A.
Can someone review the code and assist with what they feel should be done.
