fast cgi, fcgi, CGI:FAST which one to use for my existing cgi code ? Can't Post

totally confused on this as well,

1. my existing web code is based on cgi.pm, if i want to move to fast cgi, which one shall i use to make minimum change to existing code ?

2. Also when i try to install fastcgi,
libfcgi-perl is the helper module for FastCGI in ubuntu, so this is the help file ? how can someone name it like this ?

3. i installed libcgi-fast-perl in ubuntu desktop anyway, found Fast.pm showed up in /usr/share/perl/5.14/CGI
is Fast.pm the only file i need to copy to the ARM embedded board, if i need to turn on fast CGI there ?

Thank you !
