net::ldap User login field Can't Post

I need some help with an AD field. I am trying add users in an automated way. I can create a user, but the User login field is not getting populated. When I check the attributes tab, the only field that is set with the username is SamAccountName, which seems to set pre-windows 2k login. I have viewed many net::ldap web pages to find a solution. Can someone give me a hint of what attribute should set this. Below is the code I am using.

Code
    $result = $ldap->add ("cn=$CN,ou=NewCo,dc=quintecusa,dc=com",
attr => [ 'cn' => ["$CN"],
'sn' => $Lastn,
'givenName' => $Firstn,
'sAMAccountName' => $UserIdent,
'uid' => $UserIdent,
'telephoneNumber' => $Phone_num,
'mail' => $EmailAddr,
'objectclass' => [ 'top','person', 'organizationalPerson','user' ]
]
);
