vstanchev New User Aug 10, 2017, 3:30 AM Post #1 of 2 (2782 views) Reportting tool about ticket SLA Can't Post Hello All, We have a reporting tool running on perl to for our ticketing system. It is supposed to show if the SLA for the ticket is breached or not, but for some reason it shows that all tickets have passed the SLA. I am attaching the code.
