Reportting tool about ticket SLA
We have a reporting tool running on perl to for our ticketing system. It is supposed to show if the SLA for the ticket is breached or not, but for some reason it shows that all tickets have passed the SLA. I am attaching the code.
Could some take a look and advise what might be wrong?
