Please release perldiver 1.2 Can't Post

Please release perldiver 1.2. Perldiver 1.1 is a gem of a script, and I use it all the time. I'm starting to get perl programming contracts over the Net, so it's becoming increasingly necessary to know not only which modules are installed on a client's remote host, but also the version of those modules. Even if you release it "as is" as a beta version while continuing to make 1.1 available, it would be valuable to me.

Your ever grateful, loyal website visitor :)

The poor update has been pending time available to do it. Ethically speaking, it can't be released "as is" because it's buggy (doesn't display correctly on Netscrape). It'll be re-released when html is displayed using CGI.pm (95% done).

Please allow me to disagree with you. IMHO, it's not an ethical question. Perldiver 1.2 simply doesn't support NetWasteOfEveryonesTimeTryingToBeCompatibleWith3Versions. :)
