LWP Host name option Can't Post

I upgraded from perl 5.20 to 5.28, and it broke LWP UserAgent. Now it is erroring out with the message:

Code
No Host option provided at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/Net/HTTP/Methods.pm line 40.

I have spent the last two days trying to get LWP working again, and I can find nothing about this option on-line.

Can anyone tell me what this option is and how I can set it to get this working?

Thanks,

Marshall

Hi Marshall,

Could you post your code, if possible a standalone example that exhibits the issue you report. Googling your issue brings up various possibilities, but none that I can be certain of yet.

Regards,

Chris

Actually I just got it working. I recompiled virtually every program associated with perl, and it seems to have finally fixed it.

Thanks,

Marshall
