web to excel Can't Post

Hi,

I have displayed the result on the browser in Html Format.. I want to provide one more link "View in Excel"
So that user can load same results in Excel sheet and do some manipulations if necessary.

Please suggest me how to do it?

Thanks
Sanjeev

Re: web to excel [In reply to] Can't Post

The only way I know how is to creat a comma seperated file with the .csv at the end. Xcel would then import it as such. The only thing your loosing doing that is formatting. So if you need the xcel to display it in cute little boxes with funky formatting, this is not the way for you. :)
