If it's a "TIB/Rendevous" module that's not available to the public via CPAN, you'll probably need to contact the developer directly to obtain assistance.
Please understand that we can offer help with publicly available modules, and not with commercial products -- if it's a commercial product using a proprietary module, then the price you paid should have come with support.
In some lines of thinking, what you pay for with a commercial product is support -- ask the developer how to use the module and its related product.
