I need to find a script Can't Post

I hope someone can help does anyone know where i could find or if it even exists. A url encrypter if it does exisit I sure would like to know where i could find it and if it doesn't , can it be done

You can use perl's builtin encryption function which has no way of reversal however.

$url = "http://www.site.com";
$encrypted = crypt($url, "MM");

MM is the salt, so you could change it to ET, or 4B or any two alfa-numerical characters.
