price compare Can't Post

I have set up a small flat file database on my server using perl and it looks very much like
http://shopper.cnet.com/shopping/resellers/0-7085-311-1589937-0.html?st.sh.1257-327-0.lst.7085-311-1589937

but what i want to do is to have the lowest pirce out of database displayed on the top like in

http://shopper.cnet.com/shopping/resellers/0-7085-311-1589937-0.html?st.sh.1257-327-0.lst.7085-311-1589937

but i can't do this can any one help me?

the value is $rec{'Prices'}
