Custom Newsboard Script???	Can't Post

I would like to know if anyone has a custom newsboard script or could make one. I really need one VERY badly. Ok, thanks.

If none of those do what you need, please post exactly what you need that the programs listed don't have.

I want a script that when you post it shows up on my index.html page. For the posting page, I want it so people can add ICQ # and other stuff like that. It would be great if you could customize it and if it had a control panel but it is not nessacary. Thanks.
