Require click before download Can't Post

How can i require someone to click a certain banner ( a topsites list in this case) before downloading a file. If you are going to send me to a already made file plz explain it to me because i want to understand it so i could use elements and combine them with others and understand what i am doing.

Thanks :)

Always add fun to Perl
$fun = "fun"; $perl = "Perl";
print " Always add $fun to $perl"; die;

Re: Require click before download [In reply to] Can't Post

Try a javascript forum. Perl is server side scripting and im pritty sure you can't do what your talking about in perl.

You would need to add some javascript maby just a simple setting of a var to onClick for the topsites link and have the same kind of set up check the var is set in the download link.

There are some likely scripts here - check http://www.perlarchive.com/guide/File_Downloading/
